Creating Meaningful Impact
The Summit Outdoors is a member-driven community of Christian business leaders. Our goal is to raise up the next generation of Christian entrepreneurs to have a profound, multi-generational impact on their communities and families. We create powerful experiences that form deep relationships, multiply our impact, and grow our faith.
Our Founding
Story
For years, we observed how faith-based business communities thrived through cultural and multi-generational collaboration—working with one another’s businesses, mentoring within their communities, and investing in one another’s success. Christian communities, however, seemed to lack this kind of workplace partnering. This observation inspired a vision: to build a community of Christian business people that would foster deep relationships and empower the next generation of leaders to pursue similar values.
During a ministry fundraiser, our founders were introduced to a club in Kansas City that, while not faith-based, offered a template for how to bring business leaders together to form deep relationships.Recognizing the potential in a recently vacated office space, our founders saw an opportunity to create a home for meaningful fellowship and shared experiences, and the framework to raise up generations of Christian entrepreneurs.
From this vision, The Summit Outdoors was born.
The Lodge
We have a state-of-the-art facility. Called The Lodge, it will be a private gathering space for members and their guests. The Lodge will serve as the hub for our community.
Adventures
We provide access to once-in-a-lifetime Adventures. These ‘mountaintop moments’ bring us closer to God and each other. Through these adventures we will build deep, meaningful friendships and trust.
Redemptive Investment
Mentorship Program
We invest our time, talent, and treasure into the next generation of redemptive, Christ-led entrepreneurs and their business through incubators, accelerators, and angel investment focused on return in this world and eternity.
Our Mentorship and Protégé program focuses on raising up the next generation of Christian entrepreneurs through one-on-one relationships with members of our community and learning the redemptive entrepreneurial framework through a twelve month program.
Affinity Groups
Shooting
The Shooting Affinity Group at The Summit Outdoors brings together members who share an interest in marksmanship, hunting, and outdoor shooting sports. Whether you're a seasoned shooter or a beginner eager to learn, this group provides a welcoming space to develop skills, enjoy friendly competition, and build relationships through shared experiences.
Fitness
The Fitness Affinity Group at The Summit Outdoors promotes health, wellness, and camaraderie among members. Whether you're starting out or pursuing advanced goals, this group offers opportunities to grow and connect. With access to The Summit's onsite gym, members can easily organize fitness activities focused on well-being and fellowship.
Fishing
The Fishing Affinity Group at The Summit Outdoors is a community for anglers who enjoy the art and relaxation of fishing. From quiet moments on the water to the thrill of reeling in a big catch, this group connects members through shared adventures. Open to anglers of all experience levels, the group emphasizes camaraderie, technique, and appreciation for the outdoors.
Aviation
The Aviation Affinity Group at The Summit Outdoors brings together members who share an interest in aviation and flying. Whether you are a licensed pilot, student pilot, or just interested in aircraft and flying activities, this group provides a welcoming space to share aviation knowledge, develop skills, enjoy flying adventures together, and build relationships through shared experiences.
